Oxtail is the perfect cut of meat to cook with to make an absolutely show-stopped stew or slow-cooked dish. This Wagyu oxtail takes oxtail to another level, with the intensely fatty marbling in the flesh oozing out into a rich flavour when cooked. We recommend cooking ox tail on a low heat for an extended period of time, to make a deliciously decadent stew.
