Ribeye Steak | Dutch Milk-Fed Veal Ribeye, Fresh
The ribeye steak is the most tender part of the veal, coming from the front of the animal. The meat is fairly marbled with fat, and is excellent as a roasting joint. It is a fantastic centrepiece for a roast dinner, which can be carved at the table and enjoyed with a delicious veal jus and crispy roast potatoes, and seasonal greens.
